All participants must be registered at least 2 weeks before programme commencement. Late registrants will be considered up to the programme commencement date, but it must be realized that this will in most cases mean that course materials will arrive late, and you will be expected to catch up within the time span of the first module.
Registrations can be made online, posting or faxing back an application form as found on the programme brochure / information leaflets, by contacting the Telecoms Academy training staff at the following e-mail address: training@telecomsacademy.com, or by calling us on +44 (0) 20 7017 4144.
If in doubt, please call to discuss. We are very keen to ensure each participant undertakes the correct programme.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure the correct programme is selected. Guidance and programme descriptions can be provided by the Telecoms Academy Training Staff to help ensure this happens.
To enable us to provide the remote examination option, we will ask for validation from your nominated manager.
The current programme fees are published on the Telecoms Academy website: www.telecomsacademy.com/dl
You can book multiple participants using our passport scheme – attracting a discount of:

It also includes access to our Managed Learning System, which enables you to track your progress, access materials, access your tutors, and also to sit your final examination remotely.
You will need access to a personal computer with internet access in order to take advantage of the supporting electronic material, join in web discussion groups, and access latest tutor support. Please call us to discuss further if you do not have appropriate access. Adobe acrobat reader will be required if you choose to read the course / supporting material in electronic form (rather than paper).
In order to sit the final examination, you will need to nominate a suitable manager to act as invigilator for your examination. This will require them to be present at the time of the examination, and to certify that the person taking the examination is actually you, and that the examination is conducted in accordance with our standard examination procedures. We will ask for details of your nomination upon enrollment, and will then send full details of what they need to do nearer the time. They do not need to actively participate in the process, only witness and provide validation.
We will send you your courseware paper copy in batches of two modules at a time. This allows you to work at your own pace, even allowing you to get slightly ahead if you wish.
We will dispatch the courseware two weeks before the nominal start date for the first module in that batch.
It is vitally important that you let us know if there are any problems with local postal services, so we can find a solution and ensure you get the material on time. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost material, but of course we will do everything reasonably possible to rectify the situation.
Any additional material, for example provided by your tutor for a tutorial, will only be provided in an electronic format via the Managed Learning System, it will be your responsibility to print this locally if you require a hard copy.
